The “Valley Capers” are spontaneous capers collected within the Archaeological and Landscape Park of the Valley of the Temples. They belong to the same family of the famous capers of Pantelleria, but they are smaller and more fragrant, being an uncultivated but spontaneous species, it is also possible to see rare specimens of a variety of capers absolutely devoid of thorns.
