Le Lumie is nestleld in a unique scenery, the charming Nature Reserve of the Stagnone, close to the famous salt mines, overlooking the isle of Mothia.
The restaurant is run by a young and enterprising chef, Emanuele Russo, who is able to revisit, with creativity, the traditional dishes while respecting the authenticity of local products and selected directly from the producer.
Vegetables are grown in a garden for the exclusive use of the restaurant. Among the dishes the grouper cous-cous with almonds from Noto.
